Visa for Armenia

Hello I have read the forum re: visas.

I am going to yerevan next week.

Is the info up to date i.e. can i still get a visa on entry to Yerevan airport and/or is the application form I downloaded from the 2006 link still relevant?

fyi to all, for US citizens, as of two weeks ago, you can get the visa at the airport for $50 or 15,000 drams. There is a change booth and ATM there, but the ';commission'; for changing travellers checks is about $10 for the transaction.
